Main Feature

1. Monoblock cast iron of the whole machine ensure high rigidity.Compact design

with HT300 high tension Meehanite cast-iron machine bed.

2.Adopt domestic famous ball screw and high-precision screw bearing.

3.The guide rail is equipped with a scraping device to prevent the guide rail from 

being corroded by iron filings and coolant, and to facilitate the cleaning of the 

iron filings.

4.Well-tested design of the machine structure suitable for turning of disc and

shaft parts with complicated shapes and high precision processing requirements.

It also can process straight, arc, metric and inch threads, and multi-threaded.

5.All lubrication points adopt a forced automatic lubrication device for fixed-point

and quantitative lubrication of the lead screw and guide rail.
